Account Registration and Eligibility

Account Security Responsibility

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jaga9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jaga9 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.
Accepted Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Processing

Funds Source and Anti-Money Laundering
You warrant that all funds deposited into your jaga9 account are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. jaga9 applies anti-money laundering controls and may freeze accounts and report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable law.
jaga9 reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or internal compliance policy. In such cases jaga9 will endeavour to notify the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.
Bonuses and Promotions
jaga9 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and event-specific promotions tied to cricket seasons, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and other calendar events. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
- The 200% welcome bonus applies to a player's first qualifying deposit after completing registration. The bonus is credited automatically to the bonus balance — no code is required.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover amount applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus offer's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any portion of bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

Account Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use jaga9 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action.
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person, is prohibited.
- Any attempt to exploit a software error, vulnerability or unintended game mechanic to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
- Collusion with other players — including communicating hand or card information in live games — is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots, scripts or any other automated means to interact with the jaga9 platform is prohibited.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or undisclosed third-party payment arrangements is prohibited.
Consequences of Prohibited Activity
Where jaga9 determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, jaga9 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any bets placed or winnings accrued during the prohibited activity, withhold and forfeit any account balance, and report the activity to the relevant authorities. jaga9's determination in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jaga9 platform — including website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software — is the property of jaga9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any jaga9 content without prior written permission.
Game titles, provider names and payment method logos displayed on jaga9 remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. jaga9 uses these under licence or with permission. No rights in these third-party marks are granted to users of the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaga9 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss. You use the jaga9 platform entirely at your own risk.
Service Availability

Betting and Game Outcomes
